Cancellation Policy
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, changes may not be feasible as the order will have already moved to processing. Cancellations made within this window will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We will assess the damage and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not cover damages from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping and Delivery

If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.
